Personal Training 1:1 (Bridport, Dorchester and Weymouth)

  • 1 session weekly £50 a session 

  • 2 sessions weekly £45 a session

  • 3 sessions a week £40 a session 

  • You will need a gym membership £10/week

Small Group Personal Training (Bridport, Dorchester and Weymouth)

All the benefits of personal training — without the price tag.
Train in a small, supportive group while following a programme designed for your individual goals.

  • 3 sessions per week – £250 a month

  • 2 sessions per week – £225 a month 

  • Includes your 24/7 gym membership

✅Motivation and accountability from training alongside others on the same journey.
